Our policy is 14 days for Store Credit or exchange.
We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 2262 N Beachwood Drive, No. 1 US 90068.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received.
All domestic shipments are $15 for UPS ground!
Most orders will ship out within 2 business days of ordering. All orders will be shipped UPS ground standard service unless you request an alternative. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, we’ll charge you exactly what they charge us, no additional fees. Once your items are packaged and shipped, please expect arrival within 5-7 full business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time, please bear with us with certain conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
If an item arrived to you already damaged, please send us an email to let us know and we will do our best to get you a replacement!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
